Aromatic Slow-Set Polyurea Spray System
Description
Kemko® 2500-SS is a slower setting, 100% solids, flexible, aromatic two-component pure Polyurea. The slower than typical gel time allows for a smooth finish, or for the introduction of aggregate, quartz, acrylic flake, rubber or a multitude of other media to provide a tough slip resistant or decorative finish. This odorless volatile-free elastomeric is specially designed to be applied to concrete, metal,Styrofoam (EPS), spray foam and wall coating applications. It can be applied in single or multiple applications from 10 mils to 150 mils, with care taken in vertical application work. Kemko® 2500-SS offers a tack-free time of about 120 seconds and will not hydrolyze or contaminate other materials due to its inert nature. Kemko® 2500-SS is moisture and temperature insensitive and will accommodate substrate movements while remaining strong.
